Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and gt777 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of gt777.cam and all associated services, features, games, and promotions offered thereon. These Terms are effective as of the date of your first access to or use of the Platform.

• Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any third party. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your account to another individual.
• gt777 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Accounts that fail or decline KYC verification may be restricted from withdrawals and ultimately closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

gt777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved mobile banking channels available to Bangladesh users. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These thresholds are subject to change and the current limits will always be displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.
• Deposits are credited to your gt777 wallet as soon as payment is confirmed by the relevant mobile banking provider. gt777 is not responsible for delays caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay on their end.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the mobile banking number most recently used for a deposit, unless the account has been verified with an alternative number under full KYC. gt777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• gt777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. The user will be notified of any delay and the expected resolution timeframe.
• gt777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gt777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not process currency conversion.

Any funds deposited to a gt777 account are held for gaming purposes only and do not constitute a banking or investment product. Deposited funds do not earn interest. gt777 is not a bank and your account balance is not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

Bonuses and Promotions

gt777 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

Responsible Gaming

gt777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable users. The Platform provides the following tools and obligations:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly in their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Where prohibited conduct is suspected, gt777 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. gt777's decisions in matters of fraud and prohibited conduct are final.

Intellectual Property

All content on gt777.cam — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, logos, graphics, text, audio, video, and the overall site design — is the intellectual property of gt777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from gt777.cam without prior written consent from gt777. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt777 limits its liability as follows:

• gt777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits gt777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms

gt777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where reasonably practicable, gt777 will provide advance notice of significant changes via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using gt777.cam immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
